Using Novelush

You must be at least 13 to use the site. Some stories deal with adult themes such as betrayal, divorce and family conflict.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

The stories

All stories, covers and other content on Novelush are protected by copyright. You may read them for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, republish, sell or scrape them, or use them to train software, without our written permission. The stories are fiction, and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, including any part of it that is locked, and do not use automated tools to access it.

Paid content

Some books open with free chapters, and you can pay once to unlock the rest. The price is shown before you pay. It includes any VAT due, and payment is taken by Flutterwave. An unlocked book stays on your account, along with any chapters we add to it later, for as long as the book remains onNovelush.

A book opens as soon as you pay. By paying, you ask us to do that and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel. If a book you bought is faulty or does not open, email us and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

The service

We work to keep Novelush available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may change or remove stories or features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
